Rachel

A very big hello!

My name is Rachel and I’ve been a Registered Midwife for 6 years, currently working on the Northern Beaches, Sydney.

I have a passion for working and supporting women and their families through the exciting journey to parenthood! I’m a firm believer and advocate for the importance of education and informed decision making during pregnancy, labour & birth as well as the postnatal period.

Women are so powerful, and it’s such a privilege to walk beside them and help them unlock their inner strength and wisdom.

What our North Sydney clients say

  • Yianna

“We loved every bit of it! We’d definitely recommend it to any expecting mums and dads out there. The content was evidence-based and refreshingly unbiased, which we really appreciated. You can tell Lauren genuinely loves what she does — she’s amazing at it. My husband really loved it too and found it very engaging and we both left feeling excited, prepared, and ready to welcome our little one.”
