What our clients say

  • Gabbi

“My husband and I attended the c section antenatal class with Lauren recently and were blown away. We learnt so much and Lauren created such a relaxed atmosphere, which allowed us to get so much more out of the class. Made, what can be a daunting experience, seem less overwhelming. We were both so thankful and happy we made the decision to do the class.”

  • Charlee

“Wonderful experience! My husband and are are expecting our first born via c-section and while that may seem like an in and out procedure with little personal involvement, there is so much to it that the incredible Lauren walked us through with such care and knowledge. Not only covering the physical side of the operation, the healing and the first few days, Lauren covered basically the first few years of life and all of our available options in our local area. It was an incredibly enjoyable, realistic but not overwhelming class where we met some lovely couples in the same boat while enjoying a laugh, interactive games, physical practice and a wealth of knowledge from Lauren herself. We both feel so much more confident, seen and comfortable with the whole experience and we are just so grateful for being a part of this class!! In short, it’s a must!”

  • Emerald

“I took this class even though I am a second time parent, having a repeat caesarean. Tanayha was absolutely amazing! I now feel super confident in having my second caesarean. The class took all my fear out of what was in my mind and I even learnt new things that I didn’t know I needed. With my partner not being present on the day I felt included, informed, comfortable and had so much fun in the class. The information wasn’t clunky or boring it was explained in depth and discussed openly which was lovely”

  • Hope

“My partner and I did the cesarean class with Lauren and it was amazing! Highly recommend, it gave us the confidence and knowledge as we get closer to our cesarean date. Lauren is a midwife and Mum herself so she has both professional and personal experience which was great!”

  • Bronwyn

“A wonderful class focused on c section by Lauren! Modern, interactive and fun. We both definitely got a lot out it and loved the goodies bag. Highly recommend!”
