Payments, reschedules and Cancellations:

A non-refundable $100.00 deposit is required on booking, with the balance required prior to 30 days before of your allocated class.

You will be charged the full course fees if cancellation is WITHIN 30 days of your appointment. If cancellation is required due to medical reasons and is OUTSIDE of the 30 days of your appointment, a certificate from your healthcare provider is required. The deposit is non-refundable to hold your spot, however the remaining balance will be returned to you in the case of medical complications or delivery (if outside of one month prior to the class). In the case of a stillbirth, your balance will be returned to you upon sighting a medical certificate.

Refunds will not be given for "change of mind". In the event of a “change of mind” at any time after booking you will still be required to pay the full class amount.

If you need to reschedule your class within 30 days of your class you will be charged a $100 reschedule fee.

In the event that the class needs to be rescheduled due to Lauren, Lauren will arrange for an alternative suitable class date for you. If you cannot reach an agreement on a new class date, a refund (minus the deposit) will be given. If you agree on a class date and then decide to cancel at a later date, a refund will not be given.

Private Healthcare Rebate:

It is your responsibility to check with your Private Health Fund if you are eligible for a rebate based on your own specific health cover.

You will be sent a receipt and certificate of attendance after attending in the class which can be used to claim with your Private Healthcare Insurance.
