Payments, reschedules and Cancellations:

A non-refundable $250.00 deposit is required on booking, with the balance required prior to 30 days before of your allocated class.

Refunds will not be given for "change of mind". In the event of a “change of mind” at any time after booking you will still be required to pay the full class balance.

If cancellation is required due to the birth of your baby early, a certificate from your healthcare provider is required and you will be refunded the balance except for the non-refundable deposit. In the case of a stillbirth, your deposit and balance will be returned to you upon sighting a medical certificate.

If you need to reschedule your class within 30 days of your class you will be charged a $100 reschedule fee.

In the event that you or your support person tests positive to Covid-19 within 7 days of the class and are symptomatic, you will be required to reschedule your class. As this is outside of the control of One Mama Midwife Pty Ltd, a refund will not be given and you will be given suitable reschedule dates (please see more information here from Fair Trading Australia). In this case, reschedule fees will be waived. In the event that a suitable reschedule date cannot be agreed upon, you will be given access to the One Mama Midwife Online Antenatal Classes or refunded the balance (minus the $250 deposit) upon sighting of a positive PCR report only.

In the event that the class needs to be rescheduled due to One Mama Midwife Pty Ltd, we will arrange for an alternative suitable class date for you. If you cannot reach an agreement on a new class date, a refund (minus the deposit) will be given. If you agree on a class date and then decide to cancel at a later date, a refund will not be given.

Private Healthcare Rebate:

It is your responsibility to check with your Private Health Fund if you are eligible for a rebate based on your own specific health cover.

You will be sent a receipt and certificate of attendance after attending in the class which can be used to claim with your Private Healthcare Insurance.
