Tanayha is a Registered Midwife, Nurse, Wife and Mum of two! Tanayha has been with our Brisbane teaching team since we opened and you will find her in the birth suite. Her favourite part of being a midwife is supporting the transition from maiden to matriarch. Tanayha believes that the birth space is a sacred place of transformation for families. The joy of witnessing and sharing the experience of bringing new life into the world will never get lost on her. One of her career highlights was being asked to be present as a support person for her best friends successful VBAC!

Tanayha loves to support women and families to feel informed and empowered throughout pregnancy, birth and postpartum experience through evidence based information and compassionate care.

Alongside her midwifery career, Tanayha works in a busy emergency department and shares her home with her husband and high school sweetheart and her gorgeous kids.

Hattie

Hattie is registered midwife and fertility nurse as well as Wife and Fur Mum to Labrador, Poppy.

Her passion for midwifery was sparked by her mums midwifery career and then was fully set alight when she witnessed the birth of her brother at age 11.

She is passionate about educating women and believes education is the key to a positive birth experience. Birthsuite is where she practices and loves supporting women and their families as they welcome their babies into the world.

Bronte

Meet Bronte!

Bronte has been a registered nurse and midwife for 7 years! She has worked primarily in Women’s Health with special focus on high risk pregnancy and fertility.

In 2024, she welcomed her first little girl, Maeve, into the world.

Abi

Abi is an experienced midwife who practices at a large tertiary hospital, working in the birth suite, gaining hands on experience in labour and birth.

Abi’s passion for education led her to transition to the antenatal clinic, where she has focused on supporting and empowering expectant parents through education and guidance. She is dedicated to delivering antenatal classes that provide families with the knowledge and confidence they need to navigate pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. With a strong foundation in both clinical care and teaching, she aims to create a positive, informative, and supportive learning environment for all participants.
