Lauren has completed a Bachelor of Midwifery, a Master of Midwifery and is an Endorsed Midwife which is a fancy way of saying that she is registered with AHPRA to be able to provide high quality midwifery care to families - this also enables One Mama Midwife Antenatal Classes to be eligible for all Private Health Fund Rebates in Sydney!

Outside of work, Lauren is a Mum of 4!! She is married to her highschool sweetheart, Josh and has 4 beautiful kids - Mason, Lyla, Coda and Wilder. Having had four kids she has gone through almost every baby product known to man, so any recommendations you can trust are genuine.

Sophie

Sophie has worked as a registered Nurse and Midwife for over 10 years in Sydney. She’s a wife and mother of two .

She has worked across antenatal clinics, birthing suites, midwifery group practice and maternity wards. Providing women with the knowledge and guidance to make one of the most important days of their lives not only special but a positive memory is something Soph loves about teaching antenatal care. It's a such a privilege as a midwife to be able to be present for such an intimate moment in families lives.

Jess

Jess is a nurse and midwife with 8 years of experience. She trained at one of NSW largest high risk hospitals.

As a mother of twins, Jess brings a personal perspective to her practice, understanding the joys and challenges of motherhood.

Having primarily worked in the birthing unit, Jess is a big believer that “knowledge is key to a positive birthing experience.”

Nally

Currently on Maternity Leave.

Nally is a registered midwife from Ireland who’s been fortunate enough to have trained and worked in a stand alone maternity hospital which helped her grow her confidence in caring for and educating future mums. Nally then moved to Sydney in 2017 where she worked in another busy maternity unit.

Nally prides herself on being woman-centred and empathetic, giving the best care to women in labour and advocating for their wishes in a safe and research based manner.

Her favourite part of being a midwife is the fact that she gets to make memories for a living. Knowing the impact that she can make when she provides individualised care to new families is what keeps her enthusiasm and love for the job alive!
