Western Sydney Antenatal and Caesarean Section Classes

One Mama Midwife Antenatal Classes in Western Sydney are run exclusively by Midwives who practice in the birth unit and are dedicated to helping you feel confident and excited for your birth, postpartum and parenting journey.

We know that there is more than just the birth, so there is a large focus on partners, postpartum, breastfeeding, bottle feeding and baby care (including the evidence behind how baby’s sleep).

Currently, I work as a caseload midwife, providing personalised care in both home and hospital settings. My experience spans across birth units, high-risk pregnancy wards, maternity wards, and community care, where I offer essential support and education to help women navigate the transition to parenthood with confidence!

I’m deeply honoured to empower families with the knowledge they need as they approach one of the most significant moments of their lives!

What our clients say

  • Apryl

“Our hospital offered only virtual classes and we’d heard really great things about One Mama Midwife so decided to book. We wernt disappointed! The class covered everything we could have hoped and more yet didn’t feel overly content heavy or overwhelming. We loved how interactive it was and both agree that we left feeling far more confident and prepared for birth.”
